We provide an initial concept, modify it until you are satisfied, then develop the approved concept into a CAD design and working drawings in consulatation with architects, landscape designers, engineers and other professionals.

Our drawings specify all materials to be used including colour schemes, tiles, surrounds, and types of finishes.

The next stage is the formal costing.
